CUSTOM CREATIONS at Call Me Sophia

How To Order:

Please email through the Contact Form section or DM your enquiry via Instagram, send images or sketches of your ideas, these will be subject to a Call Me Sophia interpretation. Please also specify what date you need your commission piece for. I will reply with a quote for your bespoke look. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your look to be created.

Payments:

A deposit is required of £200 to secure your place and will be taken from total amount of your look. Work on your look will not begin until deposit has been received. Deposits are non refundable if you choose to cancel your creation at a later date. Work on your look is also subject to timeline of payments on the look, if more material is needed and another payment is needed and hasn’t been paid, the production on the look will pause until additional payment is made. When final payment is complete then and ONLY then will the look be packaged and posted. Clients are responsible for paying shipping and postage costs. This is an additional charge to the quote for your look and must be paid before shipping. Payments accepted are Paypal and card.

Payment plans are available if you wish to pay off your look in sections.

Shipping: 

A proof of postal orders will be sent so you can track your order and its whereabouts. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please ensure you have paid in advance to allow for shipping times.

Commission Starting Price: shipping costs not included

All commissioned looks start at £350.00.

The final cost may be subject to change depending on changes made to the design, material costs, hours involved etc. Below is a rough estimate/guideline of item

Full Gowns/Ball Gown up to and exceeding £1000 plus (depending on material needed/detailing)

Dresses £450 (and exceeding depending on detailing)

Body suits/leotards with embellishments £400

Body suits/leotards with overskirt or added garment £450 plus

Ostrich Feather looks £450 (and exceeding depending on detailing)

Jumpsuits £400 (and exceeding depending on detailing)

Jumpsuits with embellishments or added garments £450( and exceeding depending on detailing)

Coats/Jackets £450 (and exceeding depending on detailing)
